A glimpse of what that looks like...
Month 1 : Onboarding
Here's where I get to know you and your needs. We'll look at your lifestyle, current habits, and account for any upcoming plans. You'll start with some movement assesments, mobility, and a few foundational workouts.
Month 2 : Program analysis
Once we've layed a foundation we'll look at what you're enjoying and what you aren't. During week to week check-ins we'll also iron out any questions you have on workouts and progressive overload.
If you had any correctional movments programmed we'll also look to see if we can progress and if mobility, range of motion, posture, or pain has improved depending on your circunstance. (If at all applicable)
Month 3 : Accountability Continued
During week to week check-ins we'll focus on keep in the good habits you've started to create. We'll look at what comes next in terms of programming and education, so you can eventually work autonomously and continue to grow.
From here depending on your own self formed accountability you can move from weekly check-ins to monthly. I will continue to consistenly share knowledge and empower you throughout. Program's beyond this will be assigned monthly, and even more tailored towards goals and lifestyle based on all of our data gathered and time together.
